the membrane being washed by the auto shaking machine. haha. it gives me sea sick
the dyed samples. its concentration can be tested via its colour by a machine =) n this was the experiment i screwed up :(

one fifth (or maybe less than) of the many boxes we filled.. haha
running western blot =) it uses the the positive n negative charge of electricity, to move the cell proteins ( - charge ) down the gel, the proteins will then seperate according to size. the smallest bellow =)

bren using the TBST to wash the membranes =)

haha sorry for the emo-ness the other day lol. stressed out.
anyway. my lab attachment ended!! wheee. but on the other hand i feel sad =( i really like my attachee lucy >< n the other jie jies. haha they are nice. n we had fun filling pipette tips for them =) n i enjoyed the cheers we get for being efficient haha. now tht its over... i feel empty lol. and a little relieved coz im stressed free maybe? :p hee
anyway. lab attachment was fun n tiring n i really gained alot of knowledge =) maybe. for at least i know what is western blot n real time PCR now lol. n i know how to function the pipette well. make TBST fill in pipette tips efficiently? :p lol. n getting the pellets, scraping n harvesting the cells.
the exoerience we had at the dark room was classic. =) haha n the cold room. its at 4 degrees. n there'll be smoke if u look carefully at ur breath lol. i wore short pants into it. wooo haha lol. it was really nice n i'd really wanna thank everyone in the lab ^^ sorry for causing trouble n being so clumsy. i really gained alot =) haha
Lucy especially. she was my attachee haha. i always feel as if im bullying her. coz im the typical yue bang yue mang ppl u can find on earth lol. n zhou ting =) our zhu shi ye! haha she shares the same love for korean singers like big bang! haha u have no idea how happy tht made me :p yup thts about it.
im happy again. n i promise to enjoy my holidays until school starts again! gahhhh. i am really sorry n guilty for not doing all my homework. i dont think i'll be able to face Mr Lim next year. but i really wont be able to do my work now. so i'f rather enjoy myself as much as i can n put in 120% of hard work next year, i'll be super attentive n hand in my homewrok on time. i promise! but for now............ mia ne. cheong mai miane!
